Once your order has shimmered its way out of our doors, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your package's journey through the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Delivery Issues & Address Changes

• Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address! We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly. For added security, high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

• Weather Delays: While we strive for punctuality, please note that extreme weather conditions (common in Florida during hurricane season) may occasionally impact delivery times.
