We want you to completely love your new jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return process is simple and straightforward.
Our Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The jewelry is unworn, in its original condition, and shows no signs of wear or damage.

All original tags are attached.

The item is returned in its original packaging (boxes, pouches, and certificates of authenticity, if applicable).
Exceptions: Please note that custom-designed pieces, engraved jewelry, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return Your Item in 3 Steps:

Initiate the Return: Send an email to Theduochic@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Your Label: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

Pack and Ship: Securely pack the jewelry in its original packaging. Attach the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
